He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Mills (Judy) of Waldorf, MD and Bonnie Tountasakis (Rick) of Queenstown, MD; his siblings, Donald Mills and Margaret Ann Mills; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Mills and Katelyn Tountasakis Micken.
