She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Faxton Holmes Sr. and Ilene Holmes; and her siblings, Clifford Holmes Jr., Thomas Holmes, Eileen Ezell and Naomi Teasley.
She is survived by: her children, Milton Ellsworth Jr., Linda Denise, Antonio Tyrone, John Fitzgerald, Elizabeth Valiska, Adrienne Ezell, David Lawrence and Deborah Small-Bey (Charles); her grandchildren, Joshua, Victor, Antoine, Elijah, Melody, Valiska, Naomi, Latoya, Taniqua, Tanea, Anna and Makayla; her great grandchildren, Preston, Dontrell, Noah, Antoine Jr., Valinda, Asia, Raylynn, Sharon, Melony, Harmony, Symphony, Alise and Aubree; and her great great grandchild Seption Faheem. She is also survived by two sisters and two brother n laws.
