It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Michael Demitrius Sotiropoulos (Leonardtown, Maryland), born in Takoma Park, Maryland, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his stepfather Chip of Mary's County; his parents, Captain Jim Sotiropoulos (Demitrius) and Lynn Burton; his stepfather Robert Burton, II (Chip); his siblings, Sheli Sotiropoulos Lindekugel and Robert Burton III (Rob); his nephews, Aidan Lindekugel, Dorian and Benjamin Burton; and his great-niece Olivia Burton.
