He is survived by: his parent Robert Earl Shepherd, Sr.; his spouse Lucille E. Shepherd "Betty"; his son Francis M. Shepherd; and his siblings, Ada Marie Joy and BettyAnn Kellam. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
