He is survived by: his wife Vicki Dell; his close friend Vicki Dell of California, MD; his siblings, Betty J. Dement of Great Mills, Linda L. Blanke (Henry) of Hollywood, MD, Sally S. Raley (David) of Lexington Park, MD and David A. Dement (Sharon) of Summerville, S. C.; and his sister-in-law Helen C. Dement of Lexington Park, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
