He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence V. Carney and Jeannette Piche Carney; and his sister Muriel Valure. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael (Bari) and Jennifer; his grandsons, Luke and Drew; and his siblings, Philip (Genie), Laureen Santini, Robert (Rhonda) and Joseph (Mary).
