He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Costigan. He is survived by: his wife Tanya Costigan; his children, Colin (C. J.), Nicholas, Danielle and Joey Delmar; his father William J. Costigan Jr.; his siblings, Chris, Tommy (Viquen), Gabby (Ed Schillo), Colleen (Pfeister) and Mary Beth; and his nieces, Nicole and Kristin Delmar. He is also survived by friends, and man's best friend - his dogs.
