He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kimberly; his daughters, Carolyn Linthicum (Chris) and Christy Powell (Kevin); his grandchildren, Thomas Powell, Ryan Linthicum, Carly Linthicum and Natalie Powell; his parents, Mary A. Hobbs and Donald R. Hobbs Sr.; and his siblings, Shirley Hobbs Martin (Don), Donald R. Hobbs Jr. (Ruth), David Hobbs (Cathy), Charlotte Kirk (Isaac) and Steven Hobbs (Joan). He was also cherished by his siblings, he was cherished by his cousins and many nieces and nephews.
