He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Arthur Sanquist, Sr. and Margaret Louise Sanquist. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sanquist; his daughters, Christine Sanquist and Katie Burton; his sons-in-law, Steven Ponchio and Bradley Burton; his grandson Brooks Burton; and his siblings, Steve Sanquist, Kenny Sanquist and Maureen Sibold. He is also survived by spouses, and numerous nieces and nephews.
