He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester and Daisy Heinrich (Layton); and his wife Wilma "Jean" Heinrich (Poling). He is survived by: his children, Della J. Judy (Wayne), William F. Heinrich, II, Swanton, MD, Charles "Scott" Heinrich (Jovy) and LaVale, MD; and his sister Mary Ann Laffey of Greensburg, PA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
