He was predeceased by: his parent Renwick Victor Taylor. He is survived by: his parent Mabel Elfrida Margarita Taylor (Pilling); his children, Devota Johnson (Mark) and Roy V. Taylor, Jr.; his wife Lee of Raleigh, NC.; his grandchildren, Ashley Owen (Tyler), Andrea Voglesonger (Cory), Wesley Taylor (Carina Botterbusch), Zachary Taylor (Katie) and Hillary Beach; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Owen, Braiden Owen, Taylor Voglesonger and Reid Voglesonger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
