He was predeceased by: his parent Carroll L. Swan of Boardman, OH; his mother-in-law Glenn (Agnes Williams); and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Butler, Claudia Swan and Patty Williams.
He is survived by: his parent Dorman E. Swan; his wife Ellen Swan (Williams); his daughter Kimberly Swan of Frederick, MD; his brother Don Swan of Baldwinsville, NY.; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Williams, Mary Williams (Steve) and Ruth Butler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Allegany Animal Shelter, 716 Furnace Street, Cumberland, MD 21502, or the children's library at the LaVale Library, 815 National Highway, LaVale, MD 21502.
