She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hager and Jacqueline Elizabeth Brant. She is survived by: her daughters, Jolissa Lewis (Steve Frost) and Kayla Lewis (Brandon Johnson); her grandchildren, Elissa Logsdon, Kasey Logsdon, Emma Michaels and Carl Joseph Lewis; her stepgrandchildren, Jayde Johnson and Melody Johnson; her brother Rick Hager (Janet Hager); her former husband Mark Lewis; her mother-in-law Helen Patricia Joyce Lewis (Patsy); and her close friend Kathleen Lewis (Jamie Lewis).
