He was predeceased by: his parents, Orain Lynn Twigg and Alberta Mae Twigg (Hartley); and his sister Gloria A. Wright. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Twigg; his children, Allen L. Twigg (Nicole) and Lisa R. Olinger; his stepchildren, Leroy A. Emerick (Michelle) and Teresa Schaumloeffel (David); his grandchildren, Brianna Howell (Kenneth), Bethany Olinger, Harley Higson, Lerena Emerick (Brett Fisher) and Kaylee Dunkle (Bill); and his great grandchildren, Brett Fisher, Jr., Lee Oaken Dunkle, Roman, Rhyan and Ashley.
He was a member of the Fort Hill Rifle Club, and a life member of the NRA and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
