We bid farewell to Laura Llewellyn in Lavale, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 6, 2025 at the age of 95. Laura touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Blubaugh (Ross) and James A. Blubaugh; her husband Oscar "Red" Llewellyn Jr.; her siblings, Rev. James E. Blubaugh, Betty and Jean; and her son-in-law James Cogan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Cogan of Farmington, PA, Mona Dunn (John), Bedford and Debbie Crissinger (David Sr.) of Meyersdale, PA; her grandchildren, David Crissinger Jr. (Kristen) and Lauren Underdonk (Josh); her great grandchildren, Declan, Nora, Ellie, Hudson and Caleb; and her sister-in-law Joan Blubaugh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
