He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Carder and Dorothy K. Carder (Twigg); and his son Tommy Carder. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Carder (Terry) of LaVale, MD; his son Larry Carder (Terrill); and his grandchildren, Mandy Carder and Casey Carder (US).
