He is survived by: his father Joseph Fox Wilson, II of Hagerstown, MD; his children, Destyne Peck, Justin Fagan, Jr. (Kelsey), Travis Peck and Tavion Fagan; his grandchildren, Dru, Dimyiah, Daleijah, Jaxten, Abriel and Kehlani; his siblings, Antonio Fagan, Sr. (Brenda), Joseph Meade, Joseph Wilson, III and Kimberly Wilson; his close friend Dorcas Judy; his uncle Vincent Fagan; his aunt Linda Diggs; and his nephew LaJavious Fagan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

“I have fond memories of Binke spending time with my brother, Todd. I especially remember when they would spend hours shooting pool while waiting patiently for “Rapper’s Delight” by the Sugarhill Gang to be played on the local radio station. Binke enthusiastically rapped along to every word of the song ~ all 14 minutes of it.
