Mullan (Debi) of Cumberland, Maryland, James Mullan (Toni) of Cumberland, Maryland, Joseph Mullan (Tina) of Cumberland, Maryland and Jeff Mullan (Pam) of Winchester; and his grandchildren, Travis Mullan of Richmond, Tyler England (James) of El Paso, TX, Tessa Hoffmann (Carlo) of Cumberland, Maryland, Tucker Mullan (Abbie) of Cumberland, Maryland, Tanner Mullan of Cumberland, Maryland, Jacob Mullan (Hallie) of Cumberland, Maryland, Jensen Kunis (Timmy) of Cumberland, Maryland, Andrew Mullan (Carlin) of Virgina Beach, Kaitlyn Mullan of Virgina Beach and Chloe Mullan of Virgina Beach.
