He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Campbell and Helen Campbell; and his brother John Campbell. He is survived by: his wives, Marie Pyles and Marie Campbell (Pyles); his daughters, Karen Howsare (Lenny), LaVale Campbell, Linda Campbell and Cresaptown; his brother George Campbell (Penny) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Emily and Joshua Howsare; and his nieces and nephews, Michele, Dwight, Steve and Lisa.
