He is survived by: his parent Izola Ruth Smith (Imler); his wife Shirley Mae Smith (Shipe); his children, Tamela Jean Smith of LaVale, MD, Kevin Floyd Smith of Cumberland, MD and Jason Scott Smith (Melissa); his siblings, Brenda Scritchfield (Willy) and Rick Smith (Debbie) of Ellerslie, MD.; his grandchildren, Mandy Yeroshefski (Kyle), Andrew Smith (Sarah), Lindsay Young (Sylvester), Natalie, Mariah, Ryan and Isabella Smith; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Kiydon, Aaron, Caleb, Heaven-Renee and Aria.
