He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Whitworth, Sr. and Florence Repp Whitworth. He is survived by: his children, Gregg B. Whitworth and Kara M. Whitworth; his granddaughters, Faye L. Schroeder and Maya R. Epstein; his siblings, Molly R. Whitworth and Horace P. Whitworth, II (Terry); and his close friend Nancy S. Reed. He is also survived by nieces, and nephew, and cousins.
