She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ellsworth and Mary Ellsworth (Shroyer); and her brothers, Kenneth "Skip" Ellsworth and Donald Ellsworth. She is survived by: her children, Chris Humbertson (Lisa), Rodney Humbertson, Lori Humbertson-Thompson (Jason Day) and Tate Humbertson; her siblings, Terry Ellsworth (Darlene), Richard "Dickie" Ellsworth (Diana), Jeannie Leasure (Mike) and Linda Boyce (Bob); her grandchildren, Jared Bittner, Peyton Thompson, Dr. Donovan Martin (Jessica Sturgess-Martin), Savannah Tagliaferro (Anthony), Makena Humbertson, Austin Hensel, Courtney Humbertson (Kyle Barnes) and Tate Humbertson; and her great grandchildren, Lili, Memphis and Wendell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
