Hout (Lavale, Maryland), born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Hout and Ruth Elizabeth Hout (Rexrode); his wife Patricia Mae Hout (Martz); and his nephew Samuel Arnone. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela S. Hout, Patricia A. Emerick (Lorin) and Hyndman; his sister Emily M. Arnone; and his grandsons, Zachariah Levi Emerick (Emily) and Ernest Martin Emerick.
