He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Mattingly and Herbert Mattingly; and his brother David Mattingly. He is survived by: his siblings, James Mattingly (Lori) of Lowell, MI, Mike Mattingly (Katie) of Annapolis, MD and Sharon Gray (Jeff) of Gettysburg, PA; and his sister-in-law Doreen Mattingly of Harbeson, DE. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and nephews.
