He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Allen and Helen Allen. He is survived by: his wife Alice Allen; his son Robert Allen Jr. (Bobby); his daughter-in-law Patti Allen; his grandchildren, Kristy, Robert (Robby) and Bridget; his great grandchildren, Antonio, Adrian, Remington and Fiona; and his brother Walter Allen.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (313 Talbott Ave, Laurel, MD 20707). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722). A reception was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 4905 Branchville Rd, College Park, MD 20740.
