He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palazzo of Sicily and Catherine Palazzo (Connolly) of Waterford County, Ireland.; his wife Carolyn Palazzo (Myers); his siblings, Alice Palazzo, Frances Holcomb (Palazzo), Catherine Caprez (Walter) and Edward Palazzo; and his grandson Patrick Palazzo.
He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Rasicci (Vincent), William J. Palazzo and Richard V. Palazzo; his children, Michael Palazzo (Terri), Patrice Askins (Rick), Jean Prunesti (Dominic), Jennifer Moore (Palazzo) and Stephen Palazzo (Lisa); his grandchildren, Stephanie Yannacci (Ken), Christina Curtis, Aileen Downs (Greg), Dominic Anthony Prunesti, Mary Villatoro (Nelson), Nicholas Palazzo, Alyssa Palazzo and Michaela Palazzo; and his great grandchildren, Samantha Yannacci, Grace Curtis, Madelyn Downs, Isaac Downs, Luke Downs, Claire Downs, Evelyn Villatoro and Olivia Villatoro.
