She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Mills and Elizabeth Mills (Jenkins); her husband Kelly Coon Sr.; her half-siblings, Charles Mills (Charlie), Randolph Mills, Henry Harrison Mills, James Franklin Jim (Mills), Giles Delany Mills, Sr., Walter Philip Mills, Virgie Mae Dustin (Mills), Catherine Virginia Becraft (Mills) and Bessie Regina Becraft (Mills); and her sisters, Rosemarie Leisher (Mills), Joan Rebecca Mills and Annie Arlene Mills.
She is survived by: her sons, Kelly Coon Jr. (Gloria Coon) and Rodney Coon (Selena Coon); her grandchildren, Melissa McCann (Coon), Robert Barry, Andrew Barry, Noah Coon, Dawson Coon, Meleah Coon and Maddux Coon; her great grandchildren, Payton McCann, Liam McCann and Elynore Barry; and her sisters, Betty Louise Coon (Mills), Nancy Virginia Coon (Mills), Edith Pauline Hauser Sylvious (Mills) and Carolyn Jean Jarels (Mills).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (313 Talbott Ave, Laurel, MD 20707). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
