He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Perea; his parents, Adan Balmes and Francisca Rodriguez; and his sister Ana Balmes.
A wake was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Pope Funeral Home Forestville Chapel (5538 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, MD 20747). A Mass was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Catholic Church (7301 Annapolis Rd, Landover Hills, MD 20784). A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Maryland National Memorial Park Cemetery (13300 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD 20707).
