She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Slavotinek; her children, Bonny Butler, Debra Kaylor and Dale Davis; and her grandchildren, William Staton, Thomas Wilkinson (Scott), Mike Wilkinson, David Wilkinson, Niko Kaylor and Thomas Davis. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
