It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Allen Dent of Laurel, Maryland, who passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Elizabeth Dent and D. C.; and his brother Gregory H. Dent. He is survived by: his brothers, Eric Dent (Eva) and Daryl Dent (Sharon); his cousins, Kevin Burks, Kerry Burks (Shandora) and Karen Clark (Marlon); his nephews, Maurice Jones Jr. (Melanie), Eric Dent Jr. and Daryl Dent Jr. (Andrea); his niece Zakia Dent; his great-nephew Maurice Jones III; and his great-niece Zandra Dent.
