Elizabeth Lee Compton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Lee Compton (Laurel, Maryland), who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Lee Compton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lester Miles and Naomi Verlinda Miles (Welsh); her husband J. Richard "Dick" Compton; and her brother Bobby. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Alan Compton (Bonnie) and Peter Miles Compton (Aida); her sister-in-law Sherry Ann Stone Miles; her grandchildren, Erin (Greg), Sarah (Michael), Ashley (Dan), Tyler (Julie), Miles (Brandy) and Laura (Julio); her great grandchildren, Olive, Tessa, Charlie, Lyla, Emerson, Avery, Enrique, Ayla and Noah; and her friend Gayle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (313 Talbott Ave, Laurel, MD 20707). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Mary of the Mills Catholic Church (114 St Marys Pl, Laurel, MD 20707).
