He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Horvath and Coleman Horvath; and his brother Thomas Horvath. He is survived by: his wife Jaclyn; his children, Nicholas (Hannah Hoffman), Anthony, Chelsea Galotta (Jeff Galotta) and Melody; and his granddaughters, Charlotte and Abigail.
