She is survived by: her mother Terry Sease; her stepfather Rick Sease; her father Ken Cook; her stepmother Pauline Cook; her siblings, Amanda Daugherty (Lucas Daugherty) and Kevin Cook (Lauren Cook); and her stepbrother Daniel Cahalan (Shannon M. Cahalan).
