He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Howard Bennett and Ethel Lucille Stinnett; and his siblings, Michael W. Bennett and Beth L. Warren. He is survived by: his grandparents, Wesley and Elizabeth Stinnett; his wife Linda D. Bennett; his children, Jacob Bennett (Lindsey) of Port Republic, MD and Sarah D. Bennett of Annapolis, MD; his stepchildren, Steven Davis (Amanda) of Dighton, KS and Mary Lynn Bowling (Daniel) of Faulkner, MD; his grandchildren, Hank, Hannah, Heather Grace Davis, Olivia and Madison Bowling; his brother Bobby Bennett (Lynn) of Annapolis, MD; his father-in-law Stanley Bowen of Waldorf, MD; and his sister-in-law Susan Conner (Mike) of La Plata, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions in Jeff's mane may be made to the Chesapeake Bay Railway Museum, the North Beach History Museum, or the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.
