He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Rose Delaughter Isham; his parents, Lois Madeline Juenemann Isham and Herbert Sardis Isham, Sr.; and his brothers, Henry Allen Scoggins and William George Scoggins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlene Reburn (John) and Lesley Renfro (Brett); his granddaughters, Randi Urbanski and Brittany Renfro; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Delaughter (Judy), Katherine Beeson and Nina Scoggins.
