It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Desales Adams (Laplata, Maryland), born in Malcolm, Maryland, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 21st 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St Michael's Catholic Church (17510 Horsehead Road, Brandywine, Maryland 20613). Officiating: Minister Kamare A. Harvey

Obituary
Francis Desales Adams affectionately known as *Froggy*was born in Malcolm, Maryland on January 21, 1941, to John Francis and Mary Inez McPherson Adams, who both preceded him in death. He departed this life on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Complete Care, LaPlata, MD.
Francis met and married the love of his life Florence Elizabeth Ferguson on April 21, 1961. They were married for 61 years. They had five children: Francis Desales Adams Jr., Henry Stephen Adams [Stevie], Hope Darlene Adams, Faith Carlene Adams and John Wright Adams.
Francis was educated in the Charles County Public School System. Francis worked as a concrete specialist for over 55 years and was known in the Tri-County area as one of the best in the area for Commercial and residential concrete projects. There are very few sidewalks, water main and sew mains that were not done by Francis and his team.
Francis enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His oldest grandchild Stephanie meant the world to him. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing, crabbing, and sports. He was a Diehard Dallas Cowboy fan
and had an excuse every time the Cowboys lost, and he also loved the Baltimore Orioles.
Left to cherish his precious memories are his wife: Florence Elizabeth Adams; three sons: Francis DeSales Adams, Jr., Henry Stephen Adams (Tiffany), and John Wright Adams; five grandchildren: Stephanie Adrian Monay Adams, Elizabeth Adams, Jazzman Fobbs, Taylor Adams, and Jason Adams;
One great- grandchild: Samara Petty, one sister: Alice Waters [Bird]; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends that meant the world to him.
Francis was preceded in death by his parents: John Francis Adams and Mary Inez McPherson Adams; two daughters: Hope Darlene Adams and Faith Carlene Adams; two brothers: John Samuel Adams [Jack], Edward David Adams [Horse]; five sisters: Mary Elizabeth Adams [Bessie], Mary Magdaline Jordan [Leanie], Annie Moton Adams [Patty], Margie Ellen Posey and Clara Mae Thomas.
