He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carlysle Vincent Tucker Sr. and Evelyn Mae Tucker (Moffat); his grandchildren, Aubrey and Jordan; his wife Viki; his children, Cody and Kristal (Jon); his siblings, Pat and Tommy (Alice); his nieces and nephews, Jerry (Joy), Jack (Sharon), Jimmy (Karen), Carl, Michael, Danny, Peggy (Bill) and Shannon (Clayton); his sister Linda (Dexter); his brother-in-law Jerry; his niece Kathy; and his great-nephew Wayne.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Charles County, an organization that helped Small and his family to the very end.
