With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Ward (Lanham, Maryland), who passed away on November 4, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas William Pierce, Sr. and Lucille Virginia Pierce (Lynch); her husband David "Dave" F. Ward; her children, William "Bill" Ward and Linda Baumgart (Ward); her pet Panda; her grandchildren, David "Dave" T. Ward, Jr. (Ann), Amie Ward, Nick Thompson (Wasu) and Jacob Baumgart; her children, Angelina Ward, David "Davie" T. Ward, III and Charles "Charlie" Ward; and her siblings, Thomas "Tom" Pierce, Jr. and Pat Dyer (Joe). She was also cherished by her parents, brother (John Pierce), and son.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests sending memorial donations in Ginger's name to Delaware Hospice at 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
