She was predeceased by: her husband Warren L. Edmondson of Washington, DC; and her parents, William Sanders Hairston and Virginia Hairston of Fieldale, VA. She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Edmondson (Coretta) of Lanham, MD and Michele Edmondson-Parrott (Bruce) of Bowie, MD.; and her grandchildren, Guy M. Edmondson and Alexis V. Parrott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
