She was predeceased by: her son Leo J. Payton Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Diane Payton. She is survived by: her children, William G. Humbert III (Shawn), Althea B. Milburn and Carl L. Payton (Yvonne); and her grandson Christopher M. Humbert Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members, and close, devoted friends.
