With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodocia Newman of Lanham, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 7, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Albert Newman and Marie E. Newman (Thompson); and her sister Joann Newman. She is survived by: her brother Joseph A. Newman, Jr. of Arlington, VA; her sister-in-law Deborah Newman; her nieces, Shivahn Newman Lashay Newman, Marcia Newman and Joella Newman; and her friend Paulette Lucas.
