He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Jenkins and Mary Hightower; his children, Chaules Powell, Candice Powell (Josh), Leah Powell and Ashley Jenkins (Reggie); his grandchildren, Charles, Macayle, Ricardo, Keliz, Carlynn, Jaxon, Yara, Nasir and Reggie; and his great grandchildren, Londyn, Memphis, Benjamin and Levi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
