He is survived by: his wife Patricia Eileen; his children, Teresa Marie Szurek, Anthony Lee Hatfield (Leticia) and Timothy James Hatfield; his grandchildren, Daniel Patrick Hatfield and Allison Victoria Hatfield; and his pets, Riley and Tortilla.
