With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca N. Gibbs of Lanham, Maryland, who passed away on May 12, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sibling Thomas "Tom" Nichols; and her husband Robert "Bob" Gibbs. She is survived by: her siblings, Helen "Lucille" Bortz, William "Bill" Nichols and Betty Howard; her sister-in-law Rosalie Bailey; her children, Kelly Rothbard (late David), Stephanie Gibbs and Darren Gibbs (Sandy); her great grandchild Emily Rothbard Morgan; and her grandchildren, Ashley Rothbard, Lydia Rothbard, Trevor (Shellsea), Preston, Samantha, Morgan and Courtney Gibbs. She is also survived by her friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Mr. Ron Onks, a missionary in Australia, c/o Grace Baptist Church (7210 Race Track Road, Bowie, MD 20715).
