She is survived by: her husband Charles Holmes Jr.; her children, Lisa Diggins (Willie), Joseph L. Holmes (Loleta) and Charles Holmes III (Terry); her grandchildren, Joseph L. Holmes, Joseph Holmes Jr., Jaxon Holmes and Yara Holmes; her great grandchild Aubrey Holmes; and her siblings, Jessie L. Jones (Mary) of Pinetop, NC., Christine Lloyd (Julius) of Speed, NC, Mary Brown and Roberta Mercer of Speed, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in laws, other family and friends.
