Mitchell, Eldon C. Mitchell, Althea L. Heard, Robin T. Mitchell Thompson and Kumiah N. Mitchell Harrison; and her grandchildren, Benjaman K. Mitchell II, Dekra J. Mitchell, Eldon C. Mitchell Jr., Precious N. Mitchell, Micah C. Mitchell, Nicole L. Heard, Ashley D. Heard and Gabrielle J. Harrison (Dante M. Mitchell). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

She was proud of her contributions to DC General Hospital and would often relay stories about her exemplary performance and especially noting the level of respect she received "from the higher ups".
