It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deon Allen of Lanham, Maryland, who passed away on June 22, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Ayodele Idowu; her father John Allen of Enrico, VA; and her brothers, John R. Allen, Jr. (Mary) of Seattle, WA and Eric Allen (Betty) of Portsmouth, VA. She is also survived by three step-children.
