She is survived by: her children, Barbara Stretch of Charleston, SC, Edmond Green (Angela) of Oxon Hill and Mindy Green of Columbia, MD; her sister Lucille Milligan; her niece Monica Milligan; her nephew Greg Milligan of Washington, DC; and her cousins, Solomon Stretch of New York, NY and Reuben Stretch of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by many stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
