She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Allen Cross; and her brother George Allen. She is survived by: her children, Veronica Baylor (Darnell), Alicia Cross-Essex (Keith) and Gregory Cross; her grandchildren, Bryanna Baylor, Alanna Baylor, Antonio McDonald, Jr. and Trú Genesis-Payton Cross; her siblings, Hilda Guiton, Helen Carter and Henry Allen (Lucy); and her parents-in-law, Earl Jenkins (Leslie), Jerald Cross, Arnetta Perry (Wayne), Jacquelyn Greenfield (William), Regina Cross, Thomas Cross, Stephen Cross (Velda) and Mona Cross. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
