She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Fletcher and Veronica A. Fletcher; her husband Bernard Williams, Sr.; her son Bernard Williams, Jr.; her boyfriend Lester Howell; her stepbrother William "Pick" Fletcher; her siblings, Theola Powell, William, Wilbert, Francis and Calvin Fletcher; and her grandson Donnell Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest Williams, Cynthia Eccles (Joseph) and Barbara J. Williams; her stepdaughter Pamela Morrison (Gerald); her daughter-in-law Arnita Acty; and her siblings, Elaine McCree, Evelyn Parker, Janice Stewart, Jean Neal, Iris Mackall, Cynthia Bowie, Tawana Griffin, Deborah Duckett, Karen Gladden Fletcher, Melvin, Jerome, Louis, Lloyd and André Fletcher. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
